Today Might Be The Day Celtic Warrior Gets His Way!

"Congratulations to Staciea Compton for purchasing Celtic Warrior!"

Of course, while messaging Staciea all about Celtic Warrior's process, I went looking through my history of blog posts on him and found only one! Oops!!

Well....it is rather self explanatory - I was heavily overloaded with finishing customs and retaking my photos (which I didn't really need to!) for Breyerfest last year.

Oh, well, either way, here's the rest of his process pictures:

Tried a foam barrel.....not doing that again!

Aaand....how did he get his way?
With that beautiful draft neck he has going there!
Then the nice muscles, as well!
(Oh, yeah, his hind leg broke off, too).

So, sticking with the now draft horse - he needed a bigger head...

And thicker legs, too.
His timeline took probably a little over 6 months, here is likely December or January since there's Now-U-See-It's (my two-year NaMoPaiMo project) heart in the background.

Now he's looking like a draft horse!
His eyes are literally the only plastic that shows on the entire model!!!

Of course, with thickening up the legs, now I need to extend them to sculpt new hooves.

His official name was almost "Clodstomper" because his hooves are so huge!!

Adding feather.

And ready for primer!

Stay tuned for the next installment!
